Monthly Subscription Refund Conditions:
- Full refund available within the specified refund period from the date of initial purchase
- Refund applies only to the first payment; recurring monthly charges are non-refundable

- Account will be terminated upon refund approval
2.2 Lifetime VIP Membership
For our Lifetime VIP Membership ($999.99 one-time payment):
- Refund Period: 30 days from the date of purchase
- Conditions: Full refund available if requested within 30 days, provided:
- Total streaming time does not exceed 100 hours
- No violation of Terms and Conditions has occurred
- Account has not been used for commercial purposes
- After 30 Days: No refunds will be issued for any reason

2.3 Free Trial Subscriptions
If you sign up for a free trial:
- No charges are made during the trial period, so refunds are not applicable
- You may cancel anytime during the trial without being charged
- If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription converts to a paid plan and standard refund terms apply
- Cancellation after the trial period is subject to the monthly subscription refund policy
3. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will NOT be granted in the following situations:
