4. Subscription Services and Pricing

• Family Entertainment Bundle: $49.99/month - Full HD streaming on 3 devices
• Premium Ultra Access: $79.99/month - 4K streaming on 5 devices with exclusive content
• Business Professional Plan: $99.99/month - 4K streaming on 10 devices with priority support
• Lifetime VIP Membership: $999.99 one-time payment - Unlimited lifetime access

4.2 Pricing and Payment

• All prices are stated in USD and are subject to change with 30 days' notice
• Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis
• Payment must be made using valid credit/debit cards or other approved methods
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred
• Failed payments may result in suspension or termination of your subscription

4.3 Free Trials

We may offer free trial periods for new subscribers. By signing up for a free trial:

• You must provide valid payment information
• Your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan at the end of the trial unless canceled
• Free trial eligibility is limited to one per customer

5. Subscription Renewal and Cancellation

5.1 Automatic Renewal

Monthly subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled before the renewal date. You will be charged the then-current subscription fee.

5.2 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by:

• Accessing your account settings
• Contacting our customer support

Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access until that date. No refunds or credits will be provided for partial months.

5.3 Lifetime VIP Membership

The Lifetime VIP Membership is a one-time purchase that provides access for the lifetime of the Platform. This membership is non-refundable after the refund period specified in our Refund Policy.

6. Content and License

6.1 License Grant

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Access and stream content for personal, non-commercial use
• Use the Platform in accordance with your subscription plan

6.2 Restrictions

You agree NOT to:

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our Platform, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Service Availability and Technical Requirements

10.1 Service Availability

We strive to provide 99.9% uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. The Platform may be unavailable due to:

• Forces beyond our reasonable control

10.2 Technical Requirements

You are responsible for:

11. Limitation of Liability

Premium Video Platform, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages

• Errors or inaccuracies in content

• Third-party actions or content

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Premium Video Platform and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Your violation of applicable laws or regulations

13. Termination

13.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription through your account settings or contacting customer support.

13.2 Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if:

• You breach these Terms
• Your payment fails or is disputed
• We suspect fraudulent or illegal activity
• Required by law or regulatory authorities
• We discontinue the Services (with 30 days' notice)

13.3 Effects of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your right to access the Services immediately ceases
• We may delete your account and data (subject to legal retention requirements)
• No refunds will be provided for remaining subscription periods
• Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply

14. Dispute Resolution

14.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14.2 Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

15. Modifications to Terms

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Premium Video Platform regarding the Services.

16.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

16.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

16.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.

16.5 Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or internet service failures.
